BELL CELEBRITY GALA 2006 - RHAPSODY

I was lucky enough to attend the Celebrity Gala last night. Gosh, it was so much fun. Everyone was dressed so nice and they were smiling. We all knew that we were there for the same reason...the children.

Bell's Celebrity Gala is a charity fundraiser for the Sick Kids Hospital. What a better cause then protecting out future through the children. I felt blessed to be a part of it. Children are a beautiful thing.

We had alot of sports celebrities such a Silken Lauman, Bobby Orr, Pinball Clemens, Donovan Bailey and others. We had Trish Stratus, the dude from the tv series Jag and Kathleen(the one who played Claire on Beverly Hills 90210). Chantel Kreviazuk and Raine Maida attended, Chantel was even one of the performers for the event. Belinda Carlisle was the main attraction/performer. She did such an amazing job..her voice is exactly the same as it was 20 years ago!!! We also had a runway fashion show with all the models being from Canada's Next Top Model....what a blast.

So I just wanted to say that having fundraisers are not just for the party but we all came together to help our tomorrow. We came together to save children's lives.
