Manic Mondays

I spent this weekend extremely low key. I needed to spend sometime away from everyone and the usual weekend festivites. I just needed a break. I spent time cleaning, reading and running. I spent time with my mother, my puppy and the outside(which btw is something God gave us that is commonly taken for granted).

I did a few good deeds. Packaged clothing and footwear I had no longer been using and gave to the needy. I cooked and made special treats for a special family relative that was coming to visit. So you see, my weekend was nothing out of the ordinary hence I have nothing really fun to write about today.

I did have one thought when running on Saturday...as strange as this is...I will let you know anyway...here goes:

Why is it that no matter what color bubble bath is; pink, blue, green; the bubbles are always clear?

So we have made it through to Friday....the day of the week when I get that little twinge in my tummy saying fun times are here and I get to sleep in for two days. YIPPEE!!

There is really no obvious point to this other then to blog today. Consistency is the key to blogging I beleive. You begin to think about new things, different things to your usual train of thought. I was caught in a train of though earlier which was very unfamiliar territory for me....(as she checkles to herself for making a funny).

So as I clue up this pointless writing I wanted to leave you with a few "Deep Thought's" for a sunshiny Friday.

1. A day without sunshine is like...is like, night.

2. And on the other hand...you have different fingers.

I LOVE HIPPOS!!!!

Ever since I was a child I always had some odd fascination with hippos. I love thier gracefullness. Sounds odd huh? Hard to imagine something weighing in at mammoth sizes being gracefull. Watch them next time you are at the zoo. They just sort of sit there, or float, minding there own business...you know maximized chillin!

I had vacation in July and I decided to spend a day at the zoo taking pictures and hangin out with the coolest things ever...animals. I love animals and most of all I love hippos. They have the cutest little ears..they wiggle and have tiny little tufts of hair on them.

This particular picture was taken at the Metro Toronto Zoo with an 8 megapix Sony Cybershot. Let me tell you, I love this cam. Manual mode is just awesome. I am still learning as I am so much more familiar with 35mm cams.

Anyhow...enjoy my blog of nothing and remember...I LOVE HIPPOS!!!!

THIS CALL MAY BE MONITORED FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE

So I ask, exactly wtf is this for? I have called into call centers on numerous occassions either for explanation for my satellite or home phone..some kind of bill. I have even worked in the head office that has a cellular call center and called in myself to Customer Service and received the shittiest service available. I have called into the CS queue and spoken with 4 different reps and received 4 different answers. So I ask myself "what difference does it make to say your call may be monitored for quality assurance"....is this the kind of quality we want? Different answers, unsure people and a lod of bullshit to make us happy?

Anyhow....I was just pondering this since I just spoke with a blatant idiot and wondered if my call was being monitored and how quickly the jackass would be fired.

ANyone else go through the same thing as I have ?

MISCONCEPTIONS

It has been so long since I have posted on this lovely blogspot. However I check out my friends blog every day as her thoughts, expressions and well just everything about her blog makes me think and question things. ONe of the things I look forward to each day.

I wanted to start another blog, my previous one was babyshaven.blogspot.com, guess I haven't posted in so long that I was unable to access the account any longer.

While reading Lingo's blog today I saw a comment from someone that I sort of was familiar with so I decided to check out their blog. Very nice, nice pictures and somethings were funny. I happened to just read her posts and noticed one that truly upset me and just made me think how some people can lie so much to gain feelings and actions from people to benefit themselves. I realized that some people can be very selfish and not even think of the repercussions of their actions. I realized that some people are willing to believe anything they hear and that, to me, is sad. NO one questions what could be a scenario instead they believe things that they have been told simply out of blind feelings and a desire to want to think that someone can do no wrong. What is the trouble with our people ? Why are people so trusting in those that laugh at them behind their back? Who has the right to tell them the real going ons and why should someone want to when they were so believing in something so wrong?

I guess all the above is simply a confusing mess for anyone that chooses to read. I felt wrong done by because of someones blatant need to lie about, well mislead a person to believe something that was not the whole truth, knowing it would never be questioned as the two involved do not speak or even see each other.

All I can say is that Karma is a bitch!!! As cliche as this is to say, it is the whole truth. I wait for the day that all the horrible things this person has said or done to manipulate others and get what they wants, comes back on them ten fold. I should never wish harm, bad things, etc. on anyone but have no choice in this case as I have been witness to their wrong doings, I have been a victim of their wrong doings and I am almost at the point of never wanting to see them do the same things to others...I am almost at the point of spilling the beans and letting their true story out which could send them away for quite sometime.

So enough ranting on today's post....just had to talk to someone....blogger always helped before.
